Service and maintenance contract
AVITECH ensures maintenance and full service both in warranty and after the warranty period, and also technical support services in the whole country.
In the warranty period, we ensure all the operation specified in the Guarantee Certificate, according to the valid norms. Furthermore, we ensure a standard answering time of maximum 24 hours for Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi and 48 hours for the rest of the country.
In the after-warranty period, you can choose 2 working possibilities: service and maintenance contract with monthly subscription or paid intervention.
The advantages of the service and maintenance contract:
- permanent maintenance of the equipment in good operating status
- free phone call consultancy for usage
- technical assistance by phone and e-mail
- taking over the damaged equipment from the location, in case the damage cannot be repaired in another way
- replacing the damaged equipment with back-up equipment from the stock
- quick response to the clients' requests - 8 hours from calling for Bucharest and 24 hours for the whole country
