Romania has one finalist within the international contest InAVation Awards 2010. The project describes the biggest dispatch from Romania and East Europe and was implemented by AVITECH.

123 projects were registered in the competition, grouped in 9 categories. The AVITECH project is part of the Command & Control category. From all the registered projects, only 36 were chosen for the final stage, 4 for each category.

The winners will be designated by a professional jury and will be announced on February 3rd, 2010, within the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE). At the event are expected more than 1000 specialists in AV. The third edition of The Smart Kids International Symposium took place during 11-13 December 2009 in Timisoara, at ''C.D. Loga'' National College, and had ''eGreen'' as current theme.
