AVITECH - The Only Finalist From Romania at The InAVation Awards 2010

Romania has one single finalist project selected in the international competition InAVation Awards 2010. The project covers the biggest control room in Romania and the Eastern Europe, and has been implemented by AVITECH.

There have been 123 projects entered in the competition, grouped into 9 categories. AVITECH’s project has been nominated in the Command & Control category. The 123 entries were whittled down to 36 finalists, 4 finalists in each category.

Winners will be designated by a panel of industry experts and will be publicly announced on February 3rd, 2010 at the ISE (Integrated Systems Europe). More than 1,000 AV professionals are expected to attend the event. “The night promises to be a great networking opportunity and a chance to unwind after a busy day on the show floor”, said Dan Jago, publisher of InAVate.

Chris Fitszimmons, editor of InAVate and a member of the judging panel, congratulated the finalists and said: “The standard of entry was very high this year making it incredibly hard to select the finalists. The judges will have an even tougher job trying to crown just one winner in each category.”

The InAVation Awards competition has reached its fourth edition this year and is organized by the prestigious InAVate magazine, the EMEA's leading online resource for Pro AV technology and integration in the EMEA region.
