If the problem cannot be solved via telephone, we book an hour and day to go to the place where functioning problems have been noticed.
All intervention requests received are solved in the shortest time due to the best coverage for Romania and the Republic of Moldova by all AVITECH support centers in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Craiova, Galati, Iasi, Timisoara, Chisinau and authorized partners in the entire country. Depending on the type of maintenance contract, the answer time may be up to and under 4 hours. Plus, for strategic objectives and complex projects, we can provide 24/7 technical assistance.
Concluding a contract guarantees the performance of periodical visits from our technicians, in order to provide the maximum reliability of the equipments. During this visits, the equipments are tested and cleaned in order to ensure their functionality at their initial parameters.
A maintenance contract is at the same time a guarantee that the problems which occurred will be treated with priority and that they will be solved as soon as possible.
If the default cannot be remedied at the place where there are functioning problems, we provide equipments from our special stock created for this purpose, replacing the default equipments throughout their entire repair period.
With the aim to achieve a minimum discomfort level for our customers, the spare parts are provided from the stock or purchased immediately, reducing the repair time of default equipments. This is possible due to direct collaborations with the most important producers in the world.
