Job Description
We are looking for an Audio PA/VA/BGM Systems Engineer to join our team in Bucharest - Ilfov, with partial remote work. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in the audio field and be eager to participate in large-scale projects alongside our Extra Low Voltage Systems Division. The primary objectives will include designing, tendering, and promoting professional audio systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and tender audio PA/VA/BGM systems, sound masking, and directional sound.
- Identify and develop the most suitable solution to be implemented.
- Ensure system design across all project phases: SF, DALI, DTAC, PTh, DDE.
- Select the most suitable brand and equipment for the client's needs.
- Prepare offers for clients.
- Actively promote AVITECH’s audio solutions by providing specialized technical support to the sales team.
- Participate in the installation, configuration, and programming of systems, offering technical support to the execution team.
- Engage in technical discussions and coordination meetings on-site.
- Supervise AVITECH installers and subcontractors on-site when necessary.
- Prepare activity reports in accordance with the department's internal working documents.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions organized by AVITECH or its technology partners.
Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience
- Higher education in electrical engineering.
- Advanced knowledge in acoustics, audio hardware, sound systems, PA/VA/BGM.
- Solid understanding of IT networking and media platforms.
- Advanced skills in electrical installations design and AutoCAD.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including design, tendering, installation, and configuration of professional audio systems (Ateis/Biamp/Bosch/Electro-Voice/Toa or similar).
