Low Voltage Installations for the New J8 Office Park
AVITECH successfully completed the low voltage installations for the J8 Office Park project in September 2021. This project involves the development of two office buildings with a net leasable area of 46,000 square meters and a two-level underground parking lot.

AVITECH Solutions
The fire detection system from Schrack Seconet, successfully implemented by AVITECH, consists of 6 networked panels and over 300 elements (96 loops, 3,429 detectors, 473 buttons, 328 sirens with flashes), ensuring efficient and reliable monitoring of the building. The integrated detectors, buttons, and sirens are managed seamlessly, providing optimal fire risk protection.
For access control and intrusion detection, AVITECH installed a system comprising 4 UTC panels, HID readers, and fast automatic gates. Additionally, an automatic parking barrier system with license plate recognition (LPR) and visitor intercoms from Airphone and barriers from Came were installed.
The video surveillance system play a significant role in an office building. These systems are capable of collecting a substantial amount of information, interpreting it directly at the source, and storing it to high security standards. The installation included 217 Hikvision cameras, video management software, Fujitsu IT infrastructure, and NEC video display solutions for the control room. In addition to the video surveillance systems, an Aiphone intercom system with 10 exterior stations and 4 interior stations was installed.
The integrated security system provided by Gamanet, through the API SMS for C, represents an efficient solution for managing and interconnecting vital systems such as fire detection, video surveillance, and access control.
For advanced monitoring and control of building infrastructures, the Honeywell BMS Automation system was used. This system accurately manages the operation and control of various installations, from fire detection and signaling, access control, intrusion systems, automatic barriers, intercom systems, to voice and data systems. The BMS system also plays an essential role in monitoring energy consumption, both in common areas and in tenant spaces.
To support low voltage infrastructures, we rely on trusted solutions from Fujitsu, Fortinet, and R&M within IT Infrastructure&Communications.
Services Provided by AVITECH
For the J8 Office Park project, AVITECH provided the full range of services:
- Procuring and delivering materials, accessories, and necessary equipment
- Installing equipment with in-house personnel and subcontracted partners for cabling work
- Commissioning the contracted systems
- Special attention was given to integrating building systems with tenant systems for fire protection, vehicle and pedestrian access, and BMS automation
AVITECH will provide a 5-year warranty for the installed systems. Additionally, our company will offer maintenance and technical support services
