AVITECH Solutions Fire protection solutions are as unique as each project itself. The requirements for fire alarm systems are complex and include customized configuration and flexible expansion with new features and components. Additionally, clients expect ease of use and low lifecycle and maintenance costs.
AVITECH offers advanced fire detection solutions based on the latest detection technologies and reliable, high-quality equipment. These include smoke, temperature, gas, flame, and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as detection and alarm systems, software platforms, and IT & Communications infrastructure. It also provides a complete range of services, from consulting, design, and IGSU authorization, to equipment procurement, installation, maintenance, and technical support.
For such a Logistics Center, choosing a fire protection system is essential, given the large surface area and high number of daily operations. AVITECH implemented Esser solutions, including heat detectors, optical smoke detectors, multi-criteria, multi-sensor, socket detectors, Esserbus transponders, Esserbus GT modules, indoor alarms, etc. The fire system was configured with independent loops, integrated into a centralized architecture, ensuring efficient detection and fast response times.
Battery charging and storage areas were equipped with a hydrogen detection system, which includes specialized sensors interconnected with the central system. Additionally, for areas intended for flammable materials, a foam detection and extinguishing system was implemented, maximizing the safety of the logistics space.
For a large-scale logistics center, physical security is just as important as fire protection. Therefore, an access control system using Paxton solutions, including the Net2 system, an advanced PC-based access control solution, was installed. This system enables efficient management of all access points, providing increased safety and easy management.
The security solutions implemented by AVITECH contribute to optimizing operational safety by integrating intrusion detection, video monitoring, and automatic alarm management systems. The modular system concept allows for rapid expansion and easy maintenance. The EVO system, used for intrusion detection, was configured to cover the entire perimeter of the Logistics Center, with the capacity to expand up to 192 zones and 8 partitions, including connections with partner companies' systems.
To efficiently manage personnel access to authorized areas and enhance security, AVITECH implemented an intercom system based on Aiphone equipment. This includes a central unit, several master stations, and video equipment for advanced visual control.
Additionally, operational flow monitoring is optimized through a people counting system based on Axis technology. This system analyzes data in real-time, helping to optimize processes and better manage human resources.
For effective surveillance, the security system was equipped with fixed and mobile cameras, both for indoor and outdoor use. The video solution implemented uses Axis technology with H.264 compression, providing real-time display and HDTV 1080 resolution recording for detailed monitoring.
In such a logistics environment, the sound system plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication. AVITECH implemented a PA/VA system with ATEÏS equipment, including ceiling speakers, wall speakers, and horn speakers, all designed for optimal coverage.
Additionally, the public address system was configured to integrate a central console with a color touchscreen display and control panels for managing announcements across multiple zones. This system enables efficient communication of operational and safety messages throughout the facility.
