Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales team at our Voluntari (Ilfov) office, with the possibility of partial remote work. We are looking for a hardworking, analytical individual with excellent communication skills to manage all aspects related to the promotion of the company's image, solutions, and services.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, execute, monitor, and adapt integrated promotional campaigns for the company's solutions and services, coordinating with internal and external marketing resources (digital marketing specialists, CRM, graphics, web technologies).
- Monitor the achievement of the company’s growth objectives (sales, number of clients, client retention).
- Develop, plan, execute, monitor, and maintain integrated campaigns for promoting the company's image (brand awareness, employer branding).
- Manage communication on the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) on various topics: solutions, services, human resources.
- Integrate the marketing plan with the sales department's activities and objectives, along with the management team.
- Contribute to the training process of the sales team to enhance their knowledge of solutions, equipment, and services.
- Study and analyze customer behavior and needs.
- Research, monitor, and evaluate competitors' activities.
- Stay informed about global and local economic developments, business opportunities, and technology trends.
- Actively participate in meetings with business partners and clients, seminars, and conferences on topics relevant to AVITECH's activities.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
- Collaborate closely with all divisions, departments, and the management team within the company.
- Manage relationships with external service providers for the marketing department.
Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, ASE, or Engineering.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, B2B marketing in a technical field (Engineering Services, Civil Engineering, IT Services).
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, verbal and written communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand AVITECH’s strategic and competitive priorities and translate them into analyses and insights.
- Proficiency in writing marketing texts: solution presentations, equipment and services, case studies, blog articles, press releases.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
