Job Description
Cautam un Specialist in Achizitii Instalatii Electrice care sa se alature echipei noastre in sediul din Voluntari (Ilfov), partial remote. O persoana muncitoare, analitica care va face parte din departamentul de Procurement si va interactiona indeaproape cu echipele operationale ale companiei. Principalele sale obiective vor fi aprovizionarea cu materiale si echipamente electrice si gestionarea relatiilor cu producatorii si distribuitorii acestora.

Responsibilities
- Centralize, initiate, and track orders for electrical materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the company's contracts.
- Enter procurement orders into the ERP system according to requests from contract administrators.
- Add new products to the ERP catalog.
- Closely monitor stock status and propose corrective actions to the bidding and sales teams for inventory adjustments, aiming for product liquidations.
- Collaborate closely with the operational departments of the company.
- Update and negotiate framework procurement contracts with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery terms for each order to increase profitability rate.
- Maintain and improve relationships with strategic manufacturers and suppliers of electrical materials and equipment.
- Identify new suppliers and opportunities in terms of procurement on the international market for electrical materials and equipment.
- Participate actively in events and information/training sessions organized by manufacturers and distributors in the field.
Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience
- Higher education in electrical engineering.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience in logistics.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced level of English language, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, procurement or sales of electrical materials and equipment.

- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
