Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Sanitary Purchasing Specialist to join our team at the Voluntari (Ilfov) office, with partial remote work options. We seek a diligent, analytical individual who will be part of the Procurement department and will closely interact with the company's operational teams. The primary objectives will be the procurement of materials and equipment for HVAC systems, sanitary installations, water supply, fire protection, and mechanical systems, as well as managing relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Centralize, launch, and track orders for HVAC materials and equipment, sanitary installations, water supply, and fire protection, within the framework of company contracts.
- Enter procurement orders into the ERP system, based on requests from contract administrators.
- Introduce new products into the ERP catalog.
- Closely monitor stock levels and propose corrective actions for inventory to the bidding and sales teams, aimed at product liquidation.
- Work closely with the company’s operational departments.
- Update and negotiate framework procurement contracts with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules for each order to increase profitability.
- Maintain and improve relationships with strategic manufacturers and suppliers of HVAC materials and water supply installations.
- Identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities in the international market for materials and equipment.
- Actively participate in events and training sessions organized by industry manufacturers and distributors.
Ideal Candidate
Experiență și Educație
- Bachelor's degree in installations or related field.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience in logistics.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, in the procurement or sales of mechanical, HVAC, water supply, and sanitary installation materials and equipment.
